Karl joined our hired agency team for our premier developer conference and it has left me wondering how we managed without him before. After a series of org changes we had no one with background on the event’s registration process and Karl came in to establish a successful process from scratch. He brings a significant amount of experience and tailors his plans to fit the needs to the event’s identity and goals. While he is an asset as a registration director, he is also a team player and leader, finding the best of the best to round out a team of excellent registration support and help desk staffing. We also had significantly higher attendance rates and low help desk issues logged which I attribute to a smooth registration and log in experience.
